Enjoyed the British sweety post too. I read Slater's 'Toast' a while back. The only things I didn't know on the list were 'pink wafters'.

Smarties were good for lipstick too, the dark brown or purple ones as well as the red. I always thought the brown ones tasted more chocolatey, and the orange really do taste different.

Lucy: I will read Toast, too. Slater is a favourite of a good friend. Though I can't see I completely understand him as national treasure.
